GradeBio Sheet G‑12  /  Terms of use G‑12Rev. A
GradeBio Terms of use
Sheet G‑12 of 14
Revision A  ·  31 Aug 2026

What this site is,
and what it
is not.

These terms govern the use of gradebio.com. They are short because the site does not do very much: it publishes a register, a set of specifications and a description of how the company works.

The important clauses are the second and the fourth. Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here is clinical guidance.

1.0

Who this site is written for

Licensed healthcare practitioners and the pharmacies that dispense for them. It is not written for patients and nothing on it is patient facing. No material described here may be obtained by a member of the public and nothing on this site should be read as an invitation to try.

2.0

Nothing here is an offer

The register is a specification register. It carries no price, no quantity, no availability commitment and no cart, and it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy. A supply relationship arises only under a written agreement with a verified account, and it is that agreement rather than this site that governs.

3.0

Accuracy, and what to do about an error

Chemical identifiers, formulas, masses and specifications on these sheets are published as accurate on the revision date shown in each folio. A specification sheet is reissued as a numbered revision rather than edited in place, so a lot released under revision A can always be read against revision A. If you find an error, write to jv@gradebio.com; it will be corrected as a revision and the correction will be visible.

4.0

No clinical guidance

Nothing on this site is a dose, a schedule, a route, a titration, a protocol, an indication or a statement about what any material does in a person. Grade Bio does not provide clinical guidance and will decline to, including informally. Every clinical decision belongs to the prescribing practitioner and the dispensing pharmacist.

5.0

Accounts and access

Access to ordering requires a verified account. Submitting the request on sheet G‑10 creates a pending record and nothing more; it does not create an account, a relationship or an entitlement. An account may be declined or closed, and the reason will be given.

6.0

Attestations are relied on

The six attestations on the access sheet are relied on. An access request submitted with information that is untrue closes the account and, where the untruth concerns a license, is reported to the issuing board.

7.0

What is ours

The text, the sheet system, the mark and the photography on this site belong to Grade Bio. Chemical identifiers, registry numbers and compendial method names belong to nobody and are reproduced as the public facts they are.

8.0

Links out

Where a sheet points to a regulator or a public registry, that is a pointer to a primary source and not an endorsement, an affiliation, or a claim that the source has reviewed anything here.

9.0

Pre‑launch status

Nothing shown is filed, registered, licensed or offered for sale, and no part of this site should be read as stating otherwise.

10.0
